ZM-R720A LED-Micro Component Rework Station

The ZM R720A Micro/mini BGA ZM R720A is a precision optical intelligent LED precision optical rework station suitable for precision microdevice repeating. This machine adopts imported HD CCD digital HD images, automatic optical zooming system, precision microdevice replay, carbon fiber infrared BGA heating tube and automatic power supply. On top of that, Seamark has other types of BGA replay stations to choose from.

Functions of the R720A Micro/Mini BGA Rework Station

1. Carbon fiber infrared heating tube
   The IR preheating zone uses carbon fiber infrared tube heating and the protection of high temperature resistant microcrystalline panel and a multifunctional movable PCB mounting bracket.
2. Precision tiny devices and automatic power supply
   Seamark dedicated to precision microdevice repair equipment, automatic power supply device, optional LED power supply device.
3. High Definition Display
   Utilizing an imported high-definition (2m pixels) CCD digital imaging system with automatic optical zoom, precision laser red dot alignment with automatic control, using 15-inch HD industrial HD display screen.
