Bervina manufactures VFFS timing belts using polyurethane or neoprene 90 ShA hardness 90 ShA base belts in both metric and inch profiles.
These VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Fill Seal Seal Machines) timing belts consist of 3 layers: basic endless toothed timing belt + adhesive + seamless coating with 35-45 ShA hardness. Bervina has a variety of coatings offered in silicone, Linatex, rubber and PU. Standard thickness is 6 mm. Available lengths of coated straps in house are from 330 mm to 980 mm.
We offer our VFFS VFFS suctioned timing belts with different types of holes and shapes. Our fabrication includes tooth removal, grinding, grooving and notching.
We can serve your VFFS belt needs with a product made only of FDA grade materials, where the basic VFFS dispensing belt is made of polyurethane and the cover is made of silicone.
