Distribution belts are molded from thermoset polyurethane, applying centrifugal casting. All products are molded in one piece without splicing, are composed of steel, kevlar, stainless steel, polyester or fiberglass reinforcement.
We offer a wide range of profiles and tooth lengths for different applications. We design and manufacture tooling for new in house applications. We produce molded timing belts in the length range 150mm - 1500mm, available material hardness is between 10-90 ShA. Heat resistance is between 80 - 200 °C
On request it is possible to deliver straps in different colors.
Depending on the area of use, we can design studs on the back of the belt. These spikes are made by molding process, so the belt is molded in one piece, in this way the service life is prolonged.
