{"id":1186,"date":"2020-11-18T07:40:17","date_gmt":"2020-11-18T07:40:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inventcad.ro\/ro\/?page_id=1186"},"modified":"2021-08-18T15:07:12","modified_gmt":"2021-08-18T12:07:12","slug":"analiza-fem","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/inventcad.ro\/ro\/analiza-fem\/","title":{"rendered":"Analiz\u0103 FEM"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Cu ajutorul metodei de analiz\u0103 FEM pot fi studiate probleme a c\u0103ror complexitate este dat\u0103 de configura\u0163ia geometric\u0103 complicat\u0103 a corpurilor, neomogenit\u0103\u0163i de material, anizotropia materialelor, materiale compozite, etc. Aceste probleme apar frecvent \u00een practic\u0103 \u00een diferitele stadii de dezvoltare ale unui produs dar chiar \u015fi atunci c\u00e2nd un produs exista deja dar se pune problema \u00eembunat\u0103\u0163iri caracteristicilor acestuia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2teva tipuri de probleme ce pot fi rezolvate sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>analiza tensiunilor \u015fi a deforma\u0163iilor<\/li><li><a href=\"#analiz\u0103-static\u0103\">analiza static\u0103 a structurilor<\/a><\/li><li>analiza contactului \u00eentre suprafe\u021be<\/li><li>analiza tensiunilor datorate temperaturii<\/li><li>flambaj<\/li><li>analiza pretension\u0103ri<\/li><li><a href=\"#analiz-neliniar-de-transfer\">analiz\u0103 neliniar\u0103 de transfer de c\u0103ldur\u0103 \u00een stare stabil\u0103<\/a><\/li><li>optimizare greutate<\/li><li>probleme de mecanica ruperii \u015fi fisur\u0103ri sub sarcini dinamice, comportarea la oboseal\u0103, integrala-J, apari\u021bia fisurilor, cre\u0219terea fisurilor<\/li><li>r\u0103spunsul structurilor la sarcini aperiodice<\/li><li>determinarea frecven\u0163elor naturale \u015fi modurile proprii ale structurilor<\/li><li>materiale compozite<\/li><li>analiza cu element finit pentru ansamble<\/li><li>analiz\u0103 static\u0103 neliniar\u0103<\/li><li><a data-type=\"internal\" data-id=\"#simulare-dinamic\u0103\" href=\"#simulare-dinamic\u0103\">simulare dinamic\u0103<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#drop-test\">drop test<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Realizarea modelelor \u0219i <a href=\"https:\/\/inventcad.ro\/ro\/proiecte\/\">proiectelor<\/a> necesare analizei FEM se poate face utiliz\u00e2nd sisteme CAD 3D \u00een cadrul firmei noastre sau cu deplasarea noastra la sediul clientului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serviciile noastre includ to\u0163i pa\u015fii ce trebuie urma\u0163i pentru studiul comport\u0103rii unei piese sau ansamblu cu ajutorul analizei cu elemente finite:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>crearea modelului<\/li><li>discretizarea<\/li><li>stabilirea condi\u0163iilor de \u00eencarcare<\/li><li>rularea analizei<\/li><li>generarea unui raport ce descrie aceste etape \u015fi concluziile ce reies \u00een urma analizei cu element finit<\/li><li>reluarea pa\u015filor de mai sus pentru problemele ce necesit\u0103 optimizarea dupa diferite criterii (greutate, rezisten\u0163\u0103, siguran\u0163\u0103)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"analiz\u0103-static\u0103\">Analiz\u0103 static\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Analiz\u0103 static\u0103 permite determinarea tensiunilor \u0219i deforma\u021biilor rezultate din sarcinile statice aplicate \u0219i constr\u00e2ngerile impuse. Ofer\u0103 capacitatea de a simula sarcini statice \u0219i sarcini aplicate lent. Se pot determina: starea de tensiune \u0219i deformare, starea de tensiune si deformatia datorate temperaturi, relieful inertial, pretensionare, oboseala multiaxiala (Exemplu analiz\u0103 static\u0103 pentru o arcad\u0103 de scen\u0103 ansamblu sudat)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video aligncenter\"><video height=\"360\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 640 \/ 360;\" width=\"640\" controls src=\"https:\/\/inventcad.ro\/ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Arcada_scena_01.webm\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-flambajul\">Flambajul<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Calculul la flambajului se folose\u0219te pentru a evalua stabilitatea unui dispozitiv sub sarcini. Flambajul examineaz\u0103 structurile pentru modurile de avarie brusc\u0103 cauzate de for\u021bele de compresie. Calculeaz\u0103 solu\u021bii neliniare avansate, cum ar fi deplas\u0103ri \/ rota\u021bii mari, deformare mare, plasticitate, hiperelasticitate \u0219i fluaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"simulare-dinamic\u0103\">Simulare dinamic\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Simularea dinamic\u0103 permite analiza func\u021bion\u0103ri mecansismelor \u0219i determinarea for\u021belor ce apar \u00een componentele mecansimului.  Pe baza rezultateor ob\u021binute la simularea dinamic\u0103 se pot verifica componentele mecansimelor folosind for\u021bele determinate ca \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103ri \u00eentr-o analiz\u0103 static\u0103  FEM.
